The four steps

From VEO to player feedback

Every video analysis session follows a structured four-step process, ensuring accurate, professional, and personalised feedback for every player.

VEO camera used to record matches

  1. Step 1

    Match collection

    Matches are recorded using the VEO platform, already used by many clubs across Australia. Before each analysis session, we securely access the player’s match footage directly through their VEO account, with no additional action required from the player or their family.

  2. Step 2

    Professional match analysis

    The footage is analysed using Hudl Sportscode, the industry-leading performance analysis software used by elite clubs across Europe. Every match is carefully coded and broken down according to the player’s objectives, including individual actions, tactical sequences, positional behaviour, and key moments throughout the game.

  3. Step 3

    Personalised performance report

    Based on the analysis, we create tailored performance resources according to the player’s chosen package. These may include annotated video clips, statistical reports, tactical presentations, and individual performance feedback.

  4. Step 4

    Online review session

    The final analysis is presented during a one-on-one online meeting with the player and, where appropriate, their parents. Together, we review the footage, discuss key learning points, answer questions, and establish clear objectives for the player’s continued development.
